Do you accept custom orders?

Unfortunately not. You can order “out of stock” skeins selecting yarn base and colorway. But I do not dye custom colorways.

How can I pay?

You can pay through Paypal.Selecting “PayPal” as your payment method you will be redirected to the PayPal website to proceed with the payment. It is not necessary to have an account. You can pay with your credit or debit card through Paypal. For more info visit Paypal website.

How long does it take for an order to be processed?

Orders are processed as soon as possible! Usually, I prepare your orders in the mornings, and take them to the post office in the same day (Monday to Friday)

I have received the “Completed Order” (“Pedido Completado”) email. What does it mean?

When you receive this email, I have sent your order and it’s on its way to your home!

How do you ship?

I use Correos (This service assign a tracking number) and sometimes other courier companies.
Delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control and we are not responsible for delays due to third parties or in cases of force majeur. Please, note that some countries may impose customs duties and/or handling fees. Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are outside the European Union customs territory and VAT area. We are not responsible for any customs duties or taxes.
